The only enjoyment I got yesterday was reading the budget and not seeing Tony Dey's name in the umpires list. :D

Those that continue aren't any better but at least they aren't cheats, only incompetent. Just Michael Avon to get rid of now and the umpires can go back to being anonymous white maggots. Bliss!

Isn't it amazing how people demonise umpires?

People carry on about what cheats they are, among other things. Oddly, neutral observers never seem to notice.

I have noticed they do actually seem to miss things that happen right near the boundary line, which is the only actual place that spectators get a better view of the action than they do. I've tried to help them out by informing them of things I have noticed, but they don't seem to listen....
