I bet Centrals and North won't be playing against each other in a Semi.

Dogs in the box seat to grab the double chance IMO

Just need the top 2 teams to win and roughly a 6 goal win over Sturt

In case West are tempted to do a Freo (and they have form on this front), the combined margins of a West loss to Eagles and Centrals win over Sturt has to reach about 254 points before West would lose the double chance. You'd think no matter how poorly Sturt go vs Centrals, even West reserves should be able to keep that one under control!

Centrals' biggest problem is that West won't care how they go (and will probably want to keep much of their powder dry on the assumption they'll play the Eags again in the QF) and the Eagles will care heaps.

Yes West can do what they want next week but this close to finals I think they will be playing for keeps.
I have to say publically now ...... I was wrong. West Adelaide have done better than I thought they could. The only team to really trouble Norwood in the last month.
At recent pressies Ben Warren said he still though West was our biggest threat.

If the favourites, Norwood, West and Centrals, win, we will have the same finals format as last year. Can't recall it happening in two consecutive years since the final five has been in.
