They don't, it was removed off them a while back so no more Port Power debacle could occurr.
The decision solely lay with the club's Presidents, the commission could only recommend.

At the meeting it was portrayed that regardless of the vote the SANFL comission stated they would do what is best for football and would admit the Cows. Said it didnt matter if the vote was 8-0.
I was led to believe the comission no longer had the power but before anyone could ask questions the meeting was ended abruptly.
