If it was on a Saturday it would be a matter of North by how much but they have a crap Sunday record and who can blame them as no SANFL should be played on Sunday!
South by 3 goals.

They could play this game on anyday of the week and I still cant see South getting within 5 goals of the Cocks

Certainly a test for us. Our competitiveness has improved in recent times, I expect North will win but not without a struggle..

Imagine if it was being played down at Noarlunga. With Norths "Sunday Games" record and Souths "Home Games" record it might be a Nil all draw!!!!

Johnston wasnt named for the Cows, they took McKernan straight back.

Crows are waiting for a fitness test on someone this morning but it is expected Johnston to return to North with Grigg as the travelling emergency.

This whole issue of naming and not naming AFL players in the SANFL teams depending if they are "named" in the AFL line up is annoying to say the least.
This week is a classic example. Johsnton named as first emergency for the Crows yet he is not the travelling emergency apparently and bar an unforeseen injury this morning, he will drop back to North. The rule is he cannot be named in the SANFL Team / Squad release on a Thursday night fair enough but then you get the case of Blee. North have named him on the HB flank yet he is named on the I/C bench for the Power and not as an emergency???

Hartigan a significant out for South. Has certainly deserved his call up though. Good to see Brooksby and Veide back after injuries. Personally haven’t been to Prospect for a few years so looking forward to it.
Anybody know if an anti-afl reserves petition will be in circulation at the ground? (nothing at Noarlunga last week)

Better make the most of Lewis tomorrow as he will spend the rest of the year in the Cows side given McKernan and Jenkins going down.
Still we have Stewart to come back and hopefully Archer as well! Could always play Craig at FF and changing in the ruck.
