Great win by North. Schahinger looks a likely type. Gordon quiet, but still got up by 12 goals.

2nd 1/4 wasn't bad after a wasted 1/4 with the win but it was a great 2nd half by North, 12 goals to nil in a half of footy is a demolition!!

Agree TSG was matching Mickeljohn with hit outs all day and got some of the ball around the ground, good debut I thought

Ohh the irony of the PAFC taking the likes of Newton from West and Young and D. Butcher from North!

Butcher played reserves finally after "one club" realised he was being gifted league games and that was to justify the "one club" ethos even though he is a "spud". Newton and Young are not much more deserving to be honest and after reading the Magpies forum on the TPFP Site it appears even the one eyed "one club" die hards have given up on them!

However all kudos to Graham Johncock who showed a great sense of humour when taken task about about his lack of contribution today by the North Grog Squad - well done "Stiffy"!

Schahinger did very well on debut given he was up against a very good opponent - 3 kicks, 8 handballs and 45 hitouts is a great effort!

Agreed, more hitouts than Meikljohn, 6 clearances, 15 possies, 5 tackles.
Very impressive debut!

Newton had 22 touches, 7 marks and led Port in Tackles, Clearances and Inside 50s. Yeah, what a spud

That was funny, when asked how many kicks he'd had, he gave a big cheesy smile, looked straight at us and replied none.

I thought Port were very hard at the footy today, just beaten by a better side

Nah the biggest spuds are posters like beenreal and Nitwit and the rest of the one club dicks that funnily enough are no where to been seen when they play like they did today but well done taking all these fantastic talented players from the clubs who apparently couldn't recognize there talent and molding them into the squad you have playing for the creed you really have to laugh sometimes .
