Quite ironic SA has just won the U18 title undefeated and the U16's are currently undefeated. These kids are found and developed by the current SANFL Clubs but the AFL wants to dismantle a competition and system responsible for this ??????
If the SANFL turns into an insignificant League that no one supports how will the SANFL Clubs continue to exist and develop quality kids ?

Dunno if this is a good argument as if we listen to all the naysayers we would have stuck to U17s and U19s. Seems quite comprehensively the right move to change now.

Victoria do alright under their system also.

South Australia has won 3 championships in 33 years.
