The Doggies look to be back, after their commanding 3/4 effort against North Adelaide and will be keen to maintain their new form and intensity. The Maggies are coming off 3 consecutive wins and are inthe hunt for a top 5 birth now. Last week's thrilling win over the Legs will give them great confidence.
This game should be a cracker contest and would be close to Match of the Round...
Reserves @ 11:25am

Important game - then, every game's important when you start 0-4 - but this one's a double play.
A win gets us two clear, a loss keeps us level of the Maggies.
I agree, Centurion, should be a close one.

will be a great game between two in form teams, unfortunately will have to miss this one due to a moronic clashing of schedules, but hoping we can get the points

Ignoring the 4th placed Eagles (with a bye), a premiership table "mirror reflection" of opponents this weekend (1st vs 9th, 2nd vs 8th, etc.)
Makes this game just that bit more important in terms of keeping pace with the top three.

I would normally go but the eldest daughter will want to go watch the Power. Dare say there would be more than a handful in the same situation

What situation, letting their daughter decide which game they go to?

Can't see us losing this one at home.
Dogs by 18 points.
Hopefully a good crowd... any "die hard magpie supporter" who chooses to go to Aami is kidding themselves. Why support the club that is going to kill yours?

I'm yet undecided where I will choose to go and I take umbridge to someone telling me how I should choose to support my club.

Surely this being the last time the Magpies will play at Elizabeth will swing your choice in favour of this game?

Quick wit. Couldn't get the other one past the swear filter.

And being a good parent means going somewhere or doing something that you don't want to do, to have happy smiling kids.
For that I'd gladly give this game a miss.... even though it will mean missing a magpie win at Elizabeth

Will be interesting to see who gets Johncock this week.
Last time Waldhutter did an honourable job in the first half and then Jay Nash (now injured) killed him in the second half.
Reichart was a close to a match winner on Gordon last week so he might get first crack this week.

Don't be surprised if Waldhuter doesn't play at all this weekend. Jay Nash is a chance to return from injury, but would be underdone...
Corey Reichert may get a crack at it, but so too might David Haydon, who has been in great form in the Reserves...
If Waldhuter does miss this week, it is such a shame Caleb Edmead injured his hand at work and is out for 6-8 weeks, as he would have been the perfect match up for Stiffy...
Edmead would have then got a much deserved League debut for the Dogs. Not to be however, and I'm sure Roy will have a plan...
