Bloods 22.12 (144) defeat Panthers 5.8 (38)

Since Dutchy repeated it I thought I'd better add emphasis.

But many hit-outs were ineffective or not to South's advantage!

Bloods were excellent. Seemed to have numbers everywhere. Skills were good. Ran the ball out of defense with absolute ease.

South, poor for the majority of the night, simply gave up in the final 20-25 minutes. Not a yelp. Nothing. Shameful

Positives? The weather was nice..

Can anyone tell me:

When was the last time a team won by over 100 points in a night game?

Has a home team lost by over 100 points under lights before last night?

Westies keep impressing. They look to have improved by quite a margin in each of the last 3 seasons, perhaps culminating in being at the top of their game this year? A long season ahead, but ANZAC Day is looking like it will be a cracking match.

Think Norwood might have done it against Sturt last year

Agree Aerie, this one might be worth the $14 as a neutral.

Thanks JK, thought Norwood would have done it recently. Doesn't happen often though

Cannot remember a home team losing by that sort if margin at home though

Bays kept Norwood to one goal at the Parade at night a few years back, but I can't remember the margin.

Got to feel for the South supporters here, but the last thing they probably want is other people's pity.

Rons forward line structure, that couldnt fit Mckernan in, appears to be working.

How safe would old Ronnie be down there?
South have a fair record of sacking coaches in the past
