The council will consider a raft of recommendations at tonight's meeting for smoke-free zones in areas including:

ALONG The Parade;

NORWOOD Oval;

TEN metres around the council's three libraries; and

ALL NP&SP parks and reserves.

Is this another attempt to exclude Dogs fans with there flares? Does the ban also include Lazers?

What a lot of BS ! Who cares if someone smokes outside, this will keep away thousand from the football.
I don't smoke but don't begrudge someone having a fag if they want to.

Now if we can persuade other councils and the state to follow suit none of us have to risk lung cancer by passive smoking.
Smoking is definitely something to be restricted to "in private between consenting adults"! :twisted:
