1st Semi Final - Central v North @ AAMI (Sun 23/9 @ 12:10pm)

The Dogs lost their first Qualifying Final in 15 years and will now play North, their opponent in their last 1st Semi Final. The Roosters held off the Eagles in an entertaining Elimination Final and will be very confident going into this one. Will Jimmy Allan's corked thigh hold up, time will tell? Will the Dogs go out in straight sets, time will tell?
This should be a good contest...

Doggies will be angry after losing 2 finals in a row. I cant see them losing 3 in a row so Doggies by 21 points.

Without feeling dirty I can only hope that the team from the inner North wins, as opposed to the team from the outer North.

I think the Dogs, based on their proven record .. North do seem to have the form edge at the moment though, so who knows.

Will be a tough match. Hopefully the loss yesterday will sharpen us up as well as another game back for Obst, Hayes and a couple of others possibly slightly underdone can get them into good form.
North have hit some form the last two weeks and if they bring their A game will be difficult opposition.

Tipping the Dogs in a close one.
Looking forward to Round 2 of Clinch v Gowans.
With it being either Alleway or the Gowans final game I wonder what the odds are of one of them going out swinging if they are down in the last quarter.
