seeing the poor crowd at aami would there be any merit in doing as they do in the west and playing the minor finals on the higher ranked teams home ground?

At neutral central venues, i.e. Norwood Richmond Thebby? etc.

Been an advocate of this for years.
Even any neutral venue would be better.
Embarassing crowd today

Never again at Footy Park for me. Adelaide Oval or home ground.

IMHO I think the highest ranked side should get a home final, with a reserves final played before it (perhaps even a U18 game prior to that as well)

Agreed, how good would a triple header at Prospect or Elizabeth have been today

It has to be at a neutral ground like the u18s and Reserves.

Why shouldn't the highest placed side get a home final...............it's good enough for the AFL

Not a bad idea.
Today North playing Eggs @ Prospect and Dogs v Wolves @ Playford. Could guarintee you there would have been a 100% increase in crowds.
Next week Redlegs v West would have 6,000 to 8,000 ..... similar for Dogs and Chooks.
GF @ AAMMI and in 2 years Adelaide.
Shamefull to see that empty stadium today.

Yes imagine a triple header at Norwood next week with all 3 of our grades playing, place would be packed.
Instead our 18's and Ressies will play infront of 500 people and the league side will play at AAMI infront of 7-9k
Maybe now Chandler is gone, someone might show some common sense and put it on the agenda
