MATCH PROGRAMS
The following is the program for Major Round of matches in the League, Reserves and the Macca’s under 18 competitions to be played on the 15th and 16th of September.

SATURDAY 15th SEPTEMBER 2012
NORWOOD OVAL

11.25 AM STURT V WEST ADELAIDE RESERVES
(QUALIFYING FINAL)

2:10 PM STURT V EAGLES UNDER 18’s
(QUALIFYING FINAL)

PROSPECT OVAL
11.25 AM PORT ADELAIDE V CENTRAL DISTRIST RESERVES (ELIMINATION FINAL)

2:10 PM WEST ADELAIDE V GLENELG UNDER 18’s
(ELIMINATION FINAL)

SUNDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER 2011
AAMI STADIUM

12.10PM NORTH ADELAIDE V EAGLES LEAGUE
(ELIMINATION FINAL)

3.10PM CENTRAL DISTRICT V WEST ADELAIDE LEAGUE
(QUALIFYING FINAL

PLAYING UNIFORM
Short colour to be determined in accordance with SANFL Rule 6.2.8.
That being the colour of shorts to be worn will be determined by the position each team occupies on the Premiership table at the completion of the minor round of matches.

For your information the final placings in each grade were as follows;

LEAGUE
NORWOOD BLUE - BYE
CENTRAL DISTRICT WHITE
WEST ADELAIDE BLACK
NORTH ADEALAIDE RED
EAGLES BLUE

RESERVES
NORWOOD BLUE – BYE
STURT LIGHT BLUE
WEST ADELAIDE BLACK
PORT ADEALDIE BLACK
CENTRAL DISTRICT WHITE

UNDER 18
NORWOOD BLUE – BYE
STURT LIGHT BLUE
EAGLES BLUE
WEST ADELAIDE BLACK
GLENELG WHITE

MAJOR ROUND DRAWS
In the event of a final being tied, the provisions listed below shall be applicable:-

a) At the conclusion of full time the goal umpires shall check the scores, if tied; the teams shall be allowed a five minute break. Coaches may consult their players during this (5) five minute break.
b) The teams shall change ends and play for five (5) minutes plus time on.
c) There then will be a three (3) minute break. Coaches are not to enter the playing arena.
d) The teams shall change ends and play a further five (5) minutes plus time on.
e) If the scores are still tied, the above procedures shall be followed until there is a result.

This applies to all finals matches, in all grades, with the exception of the Grand Finals, which, if tied, will be replayed at a date and venue to be determined by the League.

MATCH TIMING
As for matches in the Major Round scheduled breaks in play will be in accordance with Law 6.5 of the Laws of the Game.

Where more than one match is scheduled on the same ground on any day the earlier match must finish at least 10 minutes before the time scheduled for the commencement of the later match even though the earlier match has not been played for its full duration as prescribed by Regulation 6.5.2.

The estimated finishing time of the Elimination League Final is 2.45pm and in case of a draw a tiebreaker will commence at the conclusion (see above no. 7) which in turn may delay the commencement of the League Qualifying Fina

ADMISSION PRICES
Reserves and Junior Grades (Not AAMI Stadium)
Adults $2
Children under 18 – Free
Concession – Free

AAMI Stadium Members, Player Life Members and Season Complimentary Ticket holders displaying the Official Season Ticket will be admitted to all ovals free.

AAMI STADIUM
Adult’s - $15
Concession - $8
Children under 18 - $4
Family (2A + 2C) - $30
AAMI Stadium Members, Player Life Members and Season Complimentary Ticket holders displaying the Official Season Ticket will be admitted to all ovals free.

CAR PARKING
Car Parking during Finals Weeks 1 – 3 at AAMI Stadium will be FREE.

FOOTBALL BUDGET
It is intended that the Budget will be sold at all venues, including reserves and Under Age finals. To assist the League, please email AKantilaftas@BoylenBridgehead.com.au at Boylen Publishing the names of the selected sides/squad by 10am Wednesday prior to the match.

For SANFL venues Budgets will need to be collected from AAMI Stadium on Fridays before the weekend matches. 100 budgets will be allocated to these venues and are requested to be sold at food outlets inside the grounds.

Finals are not included on player/official season passes.....


For clubs involved they must get a pass only valid each week of the games they play

Crowd will be interesting, hope they draw a good crowd however with 4 of the bottom 5 drawing teams playing it might be time to borrow more tarps from Port Power!

Recent Finals Week One Crowds

2011 - 9,192 @ AAMI (South, Glenelg, Eagles, Norwood)
2010 - 11,449 @ AAMI (Eagles, Sturt, Norwood, Glenelg)
2009 - 10,192 @ AAMI (Eagles, North, Central, Sturt)

So this year it's
Eagles the only side back again from last year
OUT - South, Glenelg, Norwood
IN - North, West, Central

For Home Crowds this year
1st - Norwood - 4,533 per game (down 4.6% on 2011)
2nd - Glenelg - 4,007 per game (down 1.1%)
3rd - Port - 2,750 pg (down 16.8%)
4th - Eagles - 2,706 pg (up 5.2%)
5th - Sturt - 2,655 pg (down 17.1%)
6th - Central - 2,609 pg (down 21.0%)
7th - North - 2,412pg (down 14.4%)
8th - West - 2,237pg (down 21.2%)
9th - South - 2,039pg (down 10.7%)

What did the crowd end up being yesterday? Looked pretty ordinary.
Would have been much better at a local ground.
