Round 14 - Sturt v Norwood @ Commander Centre Oval (Sun 1/7)

The Double Blues kept their finals alive with a great win over the disappointing Roosters while the Redlegs clinched a clutch win after the siren, thanks to David Road, over the Bloods. Norwood would have to go in as favourites but this would no doubt be considered a danger game for Nathan Bassett's side. Sturt will be keen to have another crack at a team above them on the ladder.
Broadcast Details - 1197am 5RPH from 1:30pm

Sturt have proven they can get up for the big games this year, but I don't think they'll be able to get over the Redlegs. Norwood by 21 points.

I reckon Norwood 41-50 because I can't see them having another below par performance in a row...
... I hope they do, but just don't think they will.
Sturt sometimes play like a 4th-5th placed side and sometimes play like a bottom side... hard to tell who will turn up. I do think Seamus is making progress with the team and we might see them finish the year with consistently good performances. I don't think we're at that stage as yet, but I think the team is getting a bit better each week.

Sturts fortunes seem to centre directly around AFL player availability and injury.Have or are they losing anyone this week?

Norwood's Tom Jonas was today elevated to the Pwer's Senior list...
May mean he is a chance to be selected this week with the Redlegs a possibility of losing a few to AFL selection for this one, as are Sturt, I guess...
Norwood to just win, in a close one...

Sturt in with a huge chance on Sunday. Expect Jenkins to play for Sturt unless Sando is playing funny buggers.
GO YOU DOUBLE BLUES!!!

If he doesnt play on Saturday he can go back to Sturt on Sunday cant he?
The Crows have done the same with Luke Brown
Maybe Tippett isnt playing and Sando is playing games

Agree about playing games, strange changes for Adelaide so I'm not expecting Jenkins yet.

'Weakest' Norwood line up this year. Good luck to Ed Smart in his first game and all the other new blood.
