Round 14 - South v Glenelg @ Hickinbotham Oval (Sun 1/7)

by Big Phil
The Panthers had the bye last week in the SANFL but did travel over to Melbourne to play in the Foxtel Cup, in which they were defeated by Port Melbourne. Glenelg were much more competitive against the Dogs than they were against Norwood the week before and will be desperate to get their season back on track with a win. The last time these two sides met at this venue, it was a draw !!!

Broadcast Details - 107.9 LifeFM from 1:30pm

If we retain Carlile at full back, then could win by anything, if we have the usual there then who knows what the end result could be.

We could also be without Ottens who must be pushing for his spot back with the crows

I dont want to sound like a knocker, but we have very little to take the step up to A grade standard

I'm sorry guys but I cant see to much to give me confidence this week.

May have McKernan back after his stinker for Adelaide.

Doubt we'll see Bobby this week. To use a cliche, it's a big game for both clubs.

Very solid starting 18 for South. Fantastic to see Crate back. Otten's job on Kirkby/Lynch will be pivotal.

The Bays should've blown the fuse on the lights circuit at 1/4 time...
