The Magpies are coming off the terrible Foxtel Cup performance with a very inexperienced side and their SANFL season in desperate need of a win. After a good first half against Norwood, the Panthers faded away and will be keen to also get their season back on track with a win. Steve Salopek will play his first official League game for his new club while South only have to look back to thier first win in 6 outings at Alberton late last year.

Broadcast Details - 1197am 5RPH from 1:30pm

Recent Encounters
- Last eight games split with 4 wins each

Recent @ Alberton
- Port have won last 10 of the last 14

Seeing as his employment doesn't allow him to commit to being a footballer at a league club this is hardly surprising

Jordan trained at the Magpies on Tuesday night. Scott Burnett and Matthew Sharpe have quit/told there services were no longer required at Port Adelaide? (Not sure which one it is)
