The Bloods are crusing along nicely in 3rd spot on the ladder and we all know the challenges that the Reigning Premiers have had with their poor start to the season. For some reason, I think we might see the visitors get up in this one but it could go either way and should be a close one. One thing I think Westies have improved is their mental toughness and this is the type of game they will really set themselves for to win knowing the good position they are in at the moment.

Did well against the Eagles last year , 2 floggings and a last kick of the day defeat. Beat them easily in a trial this year (all ive got to hang my hat on)

Great to have Powell and Cica back. Redden is a loss - we are a much better balanced team with his inclusion - but he is an AFL player so can't count on him. Toumpas also out for about 6 weeks with state duties I guess. Westies looking very strong! Must win for the Eags!
