Why didnt you go?
2 options each, be interested to see the reasons.
Personally it was a good to have a break from the SANFL, do some things around the house and go see some SFL, plus it was on TV so have taped it and will have a look later.

Probably should add the 'went to the Crows game instead' option...

Probably should add, because it was at Glenelg's home ground.

Why not both? Ovals are only 20 mins apart, seriously dont think that was a reason.

Good chance for me to spend the day with the kids, caught it on t.v with a couple of mates, rather have a big one next week going to Earl of Leicester before the game and then a few beers at the ground. Distance from Munno Para West also a factor.
Cost definate factor for most who were looking to do both!
$14 entry to state game
$10 one beer one pie
$30 ticket to the crows
$10 one beer and sausage roll
=$64
not taking into account petrol, parking and only allowing for two drinks over 6-7 hour period already looking at a bit of coin!

Too expensive option covers that then.

1. Her indoors books me out on bye weekends.
2. Couldn't have cared less about the game.

Option 2.
It's a 2734km drive from mine to the bay (one way), or a $600 return flight.
FTR, I did go to Leederville in '09, that was only a 400km round trip.

Not necessairly. That is implying that the $14 charged for the SA game is too much...
Perhaps with the total cost for the day over 2 games of footy would have turned a few away from Gliderol?

Went to my local footy.
Also not interested in State footy, just an inconvenience that gets in the way of the real footy
