I've never known a middle aged, out of form and now average player to get so much press. I hope he moves to the Magpies so the Power fans can actually see how poor his form is.

Do all the power fans go and watch the magpies? Also (and some Bay supporters will shoot me down) but I can remember maybe 2 games I thought Sal played a good game for us. Shift him to west so he can play next to Willetts.

I have absolutely no issue with Sal ... he is one of the few AFL players who has always tried to give his all in the Bays guernsey.

Unfortunately, his body is shot and the no-man's land between the SANFL and AFL hasn't done him any favours.

I wish him all the very best, wherever he may end up.

Heard on the radio that Glenelg want a transfer fee,how does that work out when he is an AFL player,i am sure that Glenelg dont pay his wage,and if thats true has the other players that changed clubs received a transfer fee.

If he wants out of Glenelg and is a Port Power player then the Magpies would have to be his first choice?

Shouldn't be able to simply walk to the magpies. If there's a transfer fee then does it come from the SANFL and AFL funded Power since they're now the same entity. Bottom placed team or Glenelg for mine. If that doesn't solve the problem then it's him and not his SANFL club.

Agreed, should have to go to the bottom placed team. Moving half way through a season is rubbish.

Send him off to the Magpies and then let them be one player down

Sal has been a good player for the Power over time, but his time is past him now at AFL level, maybe he should have gone to GWS with Chad.
