Round 6 - Norwood v North @ Coopers Stadium (Fri N 27/4)

The Redlegs are coming off the bye and of course will be playing thier first game without skipper Keiran McGuinness while the Roosters will be full of confidence after comfortably taking care of the struggling Reigning Premiers on home soil.

Norwood will be keen to continue their undefeated start to the season while North Adelaide will want to back up their good performance from last weekend. This should be an entertaining contest, one I am looking forward to heading along to.

Broadcast Details - 1197am 5RPH from 7:30pm

Big test. Cant see us getting Pfeiff or Renouf back and will probably lose Rodan. With the loss of the skip we could see 4 or 5 changes this week. Hoping the rain has gone by then and we get a good game. Legs by a goal or two

Comfortable 40+ point winners. And that's if it is raining. 60+ in the dry.

After being interstate for the last 2 games I'm looking forward to a much improved North side, 50/50 game if it's dry, if it's raining, North by plenty, the wet didn't bother them at all last weekend.

North have an amazing record at Norwood/Coopers .... another good reason to play some night games at Norwood.
Norwood have a good record at Prospect too.
Should be an interesting game but I expect Norwood to slowly get on top and win by 4 or 5 goals. If Norwood get away to a quick start then look out North it will be a long night.
By the way North ..... bring your red top jumpers .... not that bloody terrible white one !

Matt Thomas got dropped last week from the power side so he would be a handy in for Norwood

Rodan or Phillips would be the straight swap for Gray in the power line up so will one will go for sure.

I agree with everything you say. I have seen North win 25 times at Norwood and of recent times a lot of those wins have been at night. I don't see any clash between North's red and Norwood's navy guernsey hence there is no need for North to come out in the umpires outfit.

North have the second best jumper in the comp and it clashes with nobody. Why not show some pride and wear it instead of that white crap ?

It was only worn by Ken Farmer for a couple of years and we never had any success in it. Ken wore the red with the white v when he played in his 2 premierships.

I didn't see the Eagles game so I'm picking Norwood by 10 goals.

Given that you forgot to tape North vs Eagles you can watch the game at 3:00 a.m. on ABC1 tomorrow morning. Set your recorder.
