The Roosters finally got their first win of 2012 last Friday night while somewhat surprisingly, the Reigning Premiers are still winless at the bottom of the table and come out of their loss to the Bays with a few more injury concerns.
This game is being broadcast on ABC TV.

If the Eagles drop this one, it's going to make it hard for them considering how even the comp is....
Thought the Eagles looked OK in patches, whilst when I saw North a fortnight ago they were just shit, so on that note the Eagles by 21 points.

Crunch time for both sides but especially the Eagles, if they drop this one season could be on the brink.
North to win by a couple of goals and Jimmy to get 50 touches and 3 votes

Eagles notch a close win here....
The Eagle starts to fire up.
The V8 of the SANFL runs on 2 cylinders and has a close game but wins by 8 points....
Umps blamed for Roosters loss...

or is it that toilet that blockes up in the South Western Corner of the oval....
Always trouble there as long as I can remember...

Comment Wedgie, my friend....

No the eveness helps them. Look at Centrals , they have one win and are in the 5 .

This will be an interesting match. The Eagles must win if they are to get their season back on track but they take on a Roosters side who have just won their first game for the season on their home deck. The Eagles do hold a massive advantage in the head to head battles 42-20 from the 62 times the teams have met however the record at Prospect is much closer but the Eagles still holding a slender advantage 13-10 from the 23 games. The Eagles also hold the advantage of more recent battles as well 6-4 from the past 10 outings and at Prospect it's tied away at 3-3 from the past 6 with the Eagles the victors from the last trip North.
C'mon Eagles you must win this !!!
My Tip: Eagles by 6 points

With senior Eagles players our best each week, no mention has been made but should be, that the rest are not collectively backing them up with the effort and output required; as of last week NO excuse should be made ala the Eagles Ruck as when Parry is there well I'd not want anyone else, plus now Grieger has shown what he can do if asked to help out ( he's been a ruckman in the country before I believe with success ). However we expect the club to carry on it's search for a genuine ruckman still, having tried and failed to land a great prospect recently from a powerhouse club interstate

, a hungry forward might be easier to land though?
