New State League format

Whilst in Gold Coast recently, I decided to catch a game at Fankhauser Reserve where the Southport Sharks were playing the Gold Coast Suns reserves in Round 2 of the NEAFL Northern Conference competition. I picked myself up a copy of the NEAFL Record, which detailed the participation of the Northern and Eastern conferences as well as Tasmania in future interstate competition. This year will mark the beginning of a new National State League Representative Program.
Coming in 2013... NEAFL Northern Conference/QLD-NT vs. SANFL - Venue TBA
Don't be surprised if its on the Gold Coast, which is where the Northern (QLD/NT) and Eastern (NSW/ACT) will play each other in May.
