Central District 0-2

Postby eaglehaslanded » Fri Apr 06, 2012 11:16 am

For the first time since 1990 the doggies have started the season 0-2. Are there troubled times ahead at the ponderosa or is this simply a small blip on the radar. Dare I say it: Are Central Imploding?

As much as I hate to say it, never write off the Bulldogs.

Do we add the Eags to this thread if they're 0-2 after tomorrow? ... just saying.

Are they nursing a few injuries out there? Noticed their ressies were ordinary last night aswell so the depth might not be there at the moment. Im sure the Dogs will fire up soon and id still have them in the Top 3 at seasons end.

Yep O'Hara, J Gowans, O'Sullivan, Obst, Hayes etc Some quality there which will all come back for the last 2-3 months of the season. However like all clubs they will get more injuries, you can always bank on 6-8 players being out which is why you need a solid squad of 25-30 players of you are going to do well in the SANFl. Not sure CD ahve the same quality of depth they once had. I still think they'll finish top 3 though.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
