A short week for fans of both these sides which would please them both coming off losses. Who will bounce back? Centrals by 5 goals is my tip.

Wedgie, you need to fix up Central in the thread title. I think the Dogs to win this one for mine, by under 5 goals.

Hardy has to come into the side and he will need to play up forward and hit some contests. Would love to have Henderson come back this week but not sure if that would happen after being stretched off for the Crows.

Thought Marschall was brilliant against Norwood and should hold his spot in the side, while their will be a few worried players who will have to perform on the track to try and hold their spot.

Matty White was amazing in the reserves so his name will definatly be around the mark imho.

For me

OUTS
A.Hayes
D.Haydon
M.Prior

INS
J.Hardy
L.Habel
L.Barmby

West thrashed us in the corresponding game last year but I think that was our first game of the season.

West will be lucky to kick 6 goals ... unfortunately for them, Central will kick 15 or more.

Be interesting to see whether Symes ends up coming back in or not. Henderson and Thompson cleared to play so I'd tip Symes won't be required for AFL duties.

Ins look alot better, a lot more strength and speed should make us more competitive. I hope Claughton plays, at least then it will free up Hardy to play in the forward lines.

I think Norwood supporters are saying the exact same thing about Centrals.

I reckon Hardy will replace the young fella and play the second ruck role. Good for him to have had a taste last week though - I reckon he has a future.

Hopefully our midfielders can take a bit more advantage of any ruck dominance we may have this week.
Interestingly, we recorded 62 hit outs to 22...

That's what I would have thought against Norwood too. But it wasn't the case.

The aim of the game is to score more than the opposition, a concept that Collins has somewhat failed to grasp.

In a perfect world that would be the case but unfortunalty our biggest problem against Norwood was making a marking contest inside 50. Hardy would be perfect for this!

Like Dogwatcher said we done well in the rucks against Norwood its currently the least of our worries.

I find if you get there (Richmond Oval) early (say 7:00 am) you can park inside the oval no problems and then ride to work come back at 5-5:30 pm after work ready for the game. Safe secure parking, inside the ground and best of all free.
