First win at the Den in 9 yrs. I like the look of this Norwood team. Fred has certainly been working overtime and pulled out some bloody good recruits... I hope Wazza doesnt kick like that in future games..... I suppose he had the nervous nellies tonight....
Fred has got a team together now where he can change game structure when he needs to not stay on 1 game plan... like a Plan B ... versatile players who can move around the ground....

GREAT WIN well done lets hope it start's something for Norwood in 2012

Hard to take a heap from a Round 1 game when the Dogs are at their most vulnerable, but Im happy to have seen the potential we have for 2012 which I believe is definitely there .. Whether that materialises into more is another matter.

The Dogs will take as much if not more from the game - They'll know they're going to be at least 10 goals better than that during the season.

Note to Doddy - You seriously downplayed the quality of the BBQ mate. Best Steak Sanga I can ever remember having in all my time at the footy.

Sutherland, Ohara, Obst, Nash, Hardy, Dunne, Milne, Hynes, Osullivan.

All sat in the stand tonight injured, all walk up starts in the league side.

I rest my case.

Happy to take the win but it is round 1. Not getting carried away but any win at Elizabeth needs to be savoured.

What was the crowd ?

I have to ask, because I didn't see it and the Centrals blokes in front us were going troppo - What happened that saw Hayes injure his arm/shoulder?

Don't flatter yourself.

Two points gained tonight, nothing more nothing less .

Maybe it'll teach Hayes not to take cheap, late shots?

Bode had zero to do with it.
