Scott, do you have any stats on the averaging scoring this year compared to the last two or three? Seems to me most teams are scoring a little more than recently. Thanks.

Reserves top 5 looks like a throwback to many times last century. Big 4 + North! Would like to see how the crowd figures would look if this occured in the league

YES! IF they win! Probably won't though this weekend, after what I saw today! Centrals played crap today, We had a reserves side on the oval today nearly. I thought that We would struggle to get close, let alone win. At this rate West will end up where they are now & that MUST be a HUGE concern for the coaching staff at West.

Did you notice the U18s Premiership Table Order is an exact copy of the Reserves?
Before I die, I'd really like to see a League Glenelg V Port Grand Final, with Glenelg the Victors
Everyone's allowed to dream

Didn't notice that til you mentioned it. If only that would translate to the league in a couple of years. Never happens though.

Very even competition with only 2 games (4 points) between 3rd and 7th. All but 2 teams can still make the top 5 and potentially the 3rd spot and a double chance. Geeezzz the SANFL is a ripper of a competition.

Central are amazing considering their injuries and how much they are penalised by men in white. Quite funny how the 2 top teams by a mile are screwed by the umps so much. No surprise at the side that is the umps love child.

The team that has two of the top three free-kick receivers, and only one in the top 12 (coming in at tenth) in frees against?
And the two blokes from the Eagles who are in the top 12 for frees for are also in the top 12 for frees against, so I guess that says something about the way they go about their footy.

This might be a dump question but have never seen it asked before. What Is the Stanley H. Lewis trophy? Obviously it is brought about by where your league, reserves and U18's are on the ladder. Does winning this trophy bring about any financial benefit for clubs and is there a trophy presented to the winner??

Another quick thing that I happened to see was that there are only two teams too not score over 100 points one being the eagles and the other being Souths 18's who are bottom. It seems remarkable to me that a team can be sitting third and not have kicked 100 points in a game.

Yes Catters there is a trophy. Glenelg has had it in our trophy cabinet for the past few years.
It's not the trophy we really want but is recognition of consistancy and development across all grades of the club. Sort of like A Champion Club recognition from SANFL.
I am not aware of a financial reward.
The trophy is presented on Magarey Medal night
