Think South are very very lucky to have snagged Ron Fuller as Coach, Wundke and Daniel are clearly doing well under his coaching along with several others, the difference he is making at South is awesome. To get the Unley Oval monkey off our back is another huge step forward for the club.

Well done to South and their supporters, here's hoping to some success for you blokes, it's been long suffering for you.
Couldn't make it today due to work but would be interested as to how Grundy went and Sturts other young players.

enjoyable game to watch, was basically line ball for the majority of the day & a 10 minute period in the third term cost sturt any chance when they got 4 or 5 points in a row & then it went straight up the other end & a goal to south & sturt never really recovered after that, wundke was outstanding with 9 goals & i was very impressed with rolfe's courage today, the last quarter free against duldig was disgraceful 2 blokes going for the ball & the sMALler bloke came off second best & that's all, but apart from that one the umpiring overall wasn't too bad.....how bad is mckernans injury ? he basically couldn't run in the last term......there is no doubt south are on the right track, they have the nucleus of a very good team & sturt will be better with a year under the belts of their youngsters, i'm not surew of eithers previous form but was surprised to see johncock & irra playing reserves

Another good win today and great to get the Unley hoodoo off our back. great contributions from all players but I thought liddle was absolutely outstanding. Wundke kicked 9? and handed out a couple of others as well. Stribling ,Cross ,Lyons,Daniel and Rolfe also pretty handy.Unley oval in the best nick I've seen it for years.

Why were you surprised to see Johncock playing reserves?

i haven't seen either team play for a while & was surprised both were in the 2's, obviously a drop in form is the answer but in johncocks case he seems to present & contest when i've seen him play

Well done South ,lets hopethey continue and make the 5 but although I give credit to Fuller opposing coaches have an easy job againt Sturt. No plan at all , continuous obsession with rotations , Crane IS NOT A WINGMAN FFS , if you play Duldig why rotate him at times ? The kick and hope Sturt were outclassed by South but at least Norman wil lbe happy as we were competitive..................sorry I expect adult league players to be competitive!!!.
What the hell is going on and I am wondering if this has been identified by the Sturt decision makers . Not sure how this works but Sturt have board members that have not been elected by thhe members .Happy to be corrected with this and if that is what they can do then so be it buut I am becoming very concerned.

Too many players not up to it and some shhould be politely told thanks for your efforts .

South are OK , quick and have a bit of a plan and are not that faraway frommbeing right upmhere and I hope they do. Wuundke is good , Stribling as well , Cockshell is a monnster and did well today and Liddle is a ripper. I know it's a tiny suupporter base but get behind thhis side as they can be excitinng to watch and need more support.

HP, which players from Sturt need the DCM? Surely a couple of these blokes deserve some credit for sticking it out when better players have left for the $$'s?

Apparently Ron has been reported for abusive language towards Deboy at 3/4 time.

Good to see Ronny showing some passion for the jumper!

Must say I feel sorry for Sturt - unley oval is a joke as a facility, and the team has gone from grand finalists just two year ago to a rabble that is going backwards at a rate of knots. Long long way back for the Blues and I hear the coach is contracted until the end of 2012
