This game will tell whether norwood have turned the corner or are just making up the numbers, i think this will be close but the central know how will see them through but only just...would hope to see as good as game as i saw when these 2 teams played a sunday match at norwood in the last year or so

And, unfortunately no chance of Taylor Walker playing for Norwood in this match...hopefully I see him in the outer so I can buy him a beer or two...

Hopefully this game will be a cracker!
If both teams play like this weekends form Norwood will win by 10 goals plus. If both teams play to their absolute best either side could win in a close margin, not alot seperates these two sides plus Norwood are the 'form' team of the comp at the moment.
For Central there will be a couple of big INS one being Callinan and the other being Andrew Hayes (apparently he would have played yesterday had it been a final). From there i would expect Reichart to be dropped and possibly James Boyd who imho has struggled a tad since coming back from injury.
All that could be torn apart though with both Symes and Gunston having to be close to a Crows call up especially after their debacle today.
For me i think Norwood will win by 3-4 goals due to being in some very good touch and being on their home deck where they tend to lift and the Dogs have struggled the last few seasons.

Should be a big crowd with the cows and puffs playing on sunday. Im leaning towards the legs in a close one especially if gunston and symes go up although id expect henderson to be dropped. Gallagher has to play for us to win

He said on the 5AA SANFL Show tonight that he is 99% sure he'll be having the hernia operation on Thursday ruling him out until the after the bye in 5 weeks. Has been in good form for the Legs.
This will be a great game indeed, hopefully at least 5K turn up. I love that it will take me 5 minutes to walk to this game, (because I live in Norwood TSG

) really looking forward to it.

Looking forward to it Big Phil. It's on TV which is great.
No offence to Eagle supporters, but I'm sick of watching your team play, even if you do beat the Bays.

He's
played with the hernia ALL SEASON. Nothing soft about that.

Absolutley amazing courage but also very dangerous for his health.
Have always admired Gallagher can play both inside and outside, good skills, pace to burn has killed the Dogs on many occasions.

A little bit but had a few mates at the Norwood vs West game who said Norwood were absolutly brilliant and very much deserved the winning margin.
Central on the other hand absolutly switched off after quarter time (backed by Lairdys comments in the papers and the fact he didnt let them sing the club song supposedly) If we turn up with that attitude Norwood will panse us.
At their best these two team imho are very very very evenly matched and if they both bring their 'A' game this will be extremly close.
I think no matter what the result these two teams will face each in more important battles later in the year and both side will feel they have room to improve as the year goes on for various different reasons.
Do you not see that as a fair assesment.

Without checking last year's results, I have a feeling this was about the time in the 2010 season when Norwood started to seriously pick up its form.

Yeah, absolutely, as it should be...
Over the last couple of seasons, win, lose or draw, always love watching back the TV games when these 2 sides have met...
