I thought Cicca was deserving of his own thread, for breaking the game played record at Woodville West Torrens...

A great player in the SANFL and a loyal, consistant servant of the WWTFC.

Well done Cicca, good luck today.

Didnt rate him until the 2006 GF where he tore us an absolute new one, was one of the best individual games i have seen.

Congrats, a pity we cant have a few more classic battles at Rise

Congrats to Cicca, truly an Eagles club legend, stand in premiership captain and should have been Jack Oatey medallist. A fantastic player and an amazing bloke, you couldn't meet a more likable bloke.

good fisherman as well! Jesus was a fisherman, what a coincidence.

I heard Jesus could knock up a good table and chair set.

Well done. Great player, and would have to be one of the hardest blokes to tackle. Always seems to evade them. (or at least that is the case when he plays South).

Do we update this thread every week for the rest of his career ?

-He will break the record every time he crosses the white line in battle

Wouldn't he just be extending his record, not breaking it?

Great player; should've won the 2006 Jack Oatey Medal, and the league's 2nd best player of the noughties (behind Jade Sheedy of course).

Watched the 06 GF yesterday because there was nothing on TV, his first half was outstanding, certainaly would have been a worthy winner....as was Skippy who was everywhere in the second half.

I'm sure every club has a player like Cica but to hear him speak tonight back at the club the guy would bleed blue green and gold, this was also evident in his post match interview after the 06 GF and when he won the Jamie Tape medal at the club champion night a couple of years back.

A champion player, great clubman and champion bloke...Congrats Cica...may there be many more games ahead.

I think we all know that's James Allon.

He heals the sick too.

Always respected Cicca even if the fact he couldn't ever be tackled irritated me beyond belief.

His first half in the 2006 GF was incredible.

No he doesn't. Despite another 44 quality touches today he couldn't quite raise North from the dead.

Anyway congratulations to Cicca. His use of the ball is always exemplary.

Terrible effort topsy.
