Yes, more power to Ernie, although I thought he went more than 15 metres without bouncing it. :)

Ernie...you beauty!
That is one of the funniest things i have ever seen at a footy game.
He seemed to be gone forever but then up the hill he came and after all the effort to go get the ball there was no way he was gonna give the easy handball!
Trust the process.

I did see this and had a good laugh, fantastic Ernie, you are a champ !!!

I remember a game at Woodville Oval last year where I was walking back to my car to pass Ernie who looked a little distressed. I asked if he was okay and he said he was worried about missing his train and not having enough time to get from Oval Avenue to the Woodville Road train station.

I offered him a lift and he was happy to take it. We had a good old chat about the Eagles win for the 5 minute drive down there and he was very appreciative once I dropped him off.

He is a pretty switched on fella and a real icon of SANFL supporters, a real character and just a nice old man who loves his Eagles.

Good onya Ernie - hopefully this clip can progress through to the finals, Ernie might get an appearance on the show for the finals?

When Ernie goes, they should stuff him & mount* him behind the goals.

Why would WWT be playing Port at Noarlunga? Final?

If anyone had footage of Brian from Norwood back in the 70's it would be even funnier
