Cracker of a game to open the season. The roosters and bunnies played a try-fest.
Roosters led 28-8 but bunnies hit the front 29-28 with under 10 minutes to go, 2 late tries saw the roosters prevail 40-29. Just spoke to my brother who is a massive roosters fan, he went over to the match and said the atmosphere was great.
Upset in other game with the cowboys beating the broncos 16-14

Good start to the season for my cowboys. always good to beat the broncos in brisbane. matty bowen looking good for the first time in a long time will also help. also gave me a tip right in REB's nationwide quaddy which will help me no end.

Nice start by the Raiders.
Penrith were woeful - could be a long season for the Mountain Main.
Roosters v Rabbitohs was an exciting match, though I doubt Brian Smith or John Lang would be too rapt...
