Horrible dilemma with those poker machines. I know the footy clubs couldn't survive without them but I hate to think we're being funded by problem gamblers wasting away money they need for their family etc.

Pity, I was looking forward to the upgrade.

That's a shame. I guess it won't be a real fortress after all. Maybe they can put another string of barbed wire around the fence.

My thoughts exactly. It's disturbing to think that clubs have to rely on these 'machines of misery' as assets to support club finances.

its only a guess.....but maybe the Crows are planning to move into Woodville Oval if Footy Park is sold?

therefore the development would need to be bigger than what was planned !

I agree with Mr. Wilkie if your club is not dependent on problem gamblers you have nothing to fear ...not just WWT all clubs.
Personally I have never put 1 single cent through a poker machine and never will ! I despise the bloody things.
