Would you like to see Fev play SANFL in 2011?

Please read this post before voting in this poll, as two votes are sought:

So, Brisbane has sacked Fevola.

I noticed that Fev said he would have happily played reserves all year this year at Brisbane, if that was what was required to get a chance to play AFL again in 2012.

He is also apparently in line to receive a $1.5-$1.9m termination payment.

Assuming Fev

1) wants to play footy somewhere in 2011, and
2) was happy to play for a nominal sum only (eg $1 for the season)

then

a) Would you support a move by your SANFL club to put him on your club's senior list for 2011, or not?
b) Would you want to see Fev play in the SANFL in 2011, but at any other club but yours?

Please choose one answer for either of option (a) and one answer for either of option (b) (ie this is kind of two polls in one).

i'd love to see Fev at Norwood we can then move smokey into the back lines and have Fev Shents and Rowey up forward not many teams could stop that...

If Fev did play in the SANFL, and he was fit, and the delivery to him was good, he'd easily boot 100 goals in a season.

One of the best kicks for goals when he was firing. He'd kick 'em from the centre circle at the Bay

Fevola would decimate an SANFL backline. He might even make South a finals chance. But do you really want someone with his issues running around? The guy is a massive, massive talent and easily would walk into any AFL club's forward line yet no club wants him.

I guess the answer for me is I don't want to see him playing for my club and I definitely don't want him playing against us! Not going to bother voting in such a messily worded poll (and 2 answers are not required if worded properly). But I expect he'll either retire from footy or play in Victoria.

Yeah, the poll wording isn't the greatest Grahaml but it is restricted to 100 characters and I was in a hurry....I realise now that option b also assumes a no answer to option a, but oh well. It's time I get an education it seems.

I'd like to see him playing at my club, only if the alternate was he'd be playing against us.

I think Fevola should focus on getting his life right first before contemplating playing football anywhere.

I think I got the answers right. Lol at the people who don't want him playing in the SANFL.

He'd be the ideal replacement for Chambo at my club - Fev would be switched on, living the City of Churches lifestyle, knowing that 100+ goals in the 2011 SANFL season could see him back in the AFL in 2012. Not quite Lance Armstrong to the Tour Down Under - but he would give Sturt FC home games and functions a huge boost.

No chance.

I'd love to see him at the Blues, but at 31 in 2012, he'd be zero chance of playing in the AFL again.

His "payout" from the Lions means he is receiving income from Football for the next two years and that is in breach of Salary Cap rules alone - in fact he is almost earning the entire 9 teams Salary Cap!

Fev would be a great replacement for Schelly at Centrals!

If he brings Browny with him maybe. Could be an adequate replacement for Ryan Herring.

Hynes and / or Obst will replace Schell well for the Dogs. Despite his unquestionable playing ability, I don't think Central (or a few other SANFL clubs for that matter) would take Fev on with his off field issues.

But, I must admit, it's a nice thought to think of someone with his capabilities on field, running around in the SANFL.
