Oh cheers, I thought it was a done deal as the Magpies fans wouldn't have the intelligence to work out they're being raped of their only decent asset and will lose all hope of ever winning a premiership ever again. Maybe they'll prove me wrong, who knows.

I liken it to proof of paternity coming through and the Child Support Agency starting to collect money on their behalf.

So now the SANFL clubs members own their clubs who own the SANFL which owns the Power license which owns the Magpies.
I'm now the proud owner of more of the Magpies than Magpies members are!

The Port Adelaide Football Club (AFL) and the Port Adelaide Magpies Football Club (SANFL) have united, bringing the ‘two Port Adelaide football clubs’ together for the first time since the Power entered the AFL in the mid-90s.



Approved by the SANFL last night, the off-field merger of the two clubs was embraced unanimously by Magpies Members in an historic vote tonight.



The move will reap major financial benefits for the united Port Adelaide club, ensure the Magpies’ future in the SANFL, and reunite the Port Adelaide football community.

Well they've successfully disenfranchised the non-Power Mapgie fans and the non-Magpie Power fans. Here's hoping there's enough support for them to remain viable.
