From 2009 Grand Finalists with a young exciting side, to mass exodus by the end of 2010.
Whats going on?

Anyway, back to the topic at hand...
Talk now on the Rumours Thread that Jacob Bowen was looking at playing local footy with either TTG or Reynella???
If Giles gets drafted and Bowen goes, that could only leave Kurtze and he has been linked to Norwood and West???
Sturt may find themselves without a ruckman, although I don't think they'll let that happen...

Can someone give a summary of the departures & reasons for leaving so we can determine if they are imploding? I reckon the last time they were imploding was at end of 2008 with a stack of departures (including the coach) and they made the GF!!

John Macdonald may be knocking on some inner north and east clubs !!!!
A lad with great ability and did not from the outside seem to get a fair deal with Sturt.

Thanks mate - thought I smelt a rat there.
But to be fair to Sturt, MacDonald has seen through three league coaches - Phillips, MacGowan and Norman and all have apparently had the same opinion.
Makes you think the problem may lay elsewhere?

Frontrunner. Doesn't do the hard work required on match days. Trains well though

That's only coz we smashed you everytime we played you for years. I guess it's better than almost making the finals or finishing bottom and being worse than South most years.

Id like to explain my deleted comment from yesterday, I in no way meant my "exploding" comment to be linked to Bali incident, it is only this morning that Ive been told that some took it that way.
The comment was in relation to other incidents however I can fully understand how people could take it another way and relate it to the Bali trip.
To anyone I offended I apologise, those that know me would know I wouldn't deliberately take that angle in an attempt of humour.
Happy to discuss with anyone the context of my original comment via PM

FWIW that interpretation of your post didn't occur to me, I took it as some sexual allusion.

true but to lose all of
Nelson
Thurstans
McGlone
Bode
Wark
Herring
Bowen
More than likely lose the best and fairest Giles
and possibly losing
Chambers
Evans
Kurtze
Vassall
Gum (apparently had talks with a club near the beach)
McDonald
Cant be great for the club you would think!

I think Gum will stick with Sturt. Beach club can't offer enough - yet.
