Brant Chambers

Forgive if already mentioned

Rumours are abounding down here that he has signed with reigning premiers West Gambier.
Has been a great and owes club nothing.

Congratulations on a great career - if rumours are true - and I'm sorry current AFL attitudes towards recruiting weren't around 5 or 6 years ago as you should have played there.

The rumour was actually that he was going to Perth with his girlfriend. Never heard anything about west gambier.

The amount of different stories I have heard re Chambers leads me to believe that no-one has an honest clue what is happening with him next year.

May as well stop the rumourmongering, and wait for him to make an announcement.

I believe he works at roxby and could be headed to wa for work so Perth rumors have merit.

i'm not saying no emphatically but i don't think so....from memory & trust me it isn't the best, the only mention of money & sturt from was how could a club with 'supposedly little money' afford transfer fees for 3 league standard players in hussein, giles & hinge

blah, blah, blah. There's a bigger rumour I've heard this weekend, nothing to do with Sturt, but I can't disclose it yet ;)

Ah, so it's to do with either Central, Norwood, Eagles, Glenelg, South, Port, West or North. Wow!

I reckon you should spill the beans on what this new contract clause is, I'd like to see if you're off beam or not.

That aint happening. If he wasn't going to be at Unley, I figured he's welcome at Perth but my dreams of seeing him in black and red next year have no hope of coming true.

What about the possibility he's just going to retire? He struggled with a knee for a fair while this year. What if it's just shot and he can't really play any level? The lack of information from Sturt and Chambers would normally suggest there's something. Unless they're channeling the dogs and aren't going to say anything at all, just let the team sheets in the new season make the announcements. Lol.
