Well deserved indeed. He can add it to the Coburg B+F he won last year. Notable that 3 of the top 4 in the count were new recruits.
Tom Caudle won the ressie's B+F.

Well done Lids .... seems the recruiters at the Club did pretty well this year with 3 of the top 4 in the B&F all new. Also hear the club is miles under the cap and will be extremley agressive in the market this summer. Here's hoping for a few more of this year's calibre.
also great to see all of this years contributors (top 10 of B&F) have already committed for 2011
Liddle wins Knuckey Cup
LIDDLE WINS KNUCKEY CUP
Nick Liddle is the South Adelaide Football Club’s 2010 Knuckey Cup winner.
Nick was a clear winner on 56 votes from fellow recruit Andrew Horne on 46 and SANFL Star Search recipient Nick Murphy third on 43 votes. Murphy edged out Guy O’Keefe for third by one vote.
It’s back to back Club Best and Fairest’s for Liddle after he collected the 2009 Coburg award. The diminutive 23 year old rover has been a revelation since joining the Panthers in 2010.
His ball winning ability, tackling and consistency of effort couldn’t be questioned in a difficult year for the Panthers.
“Nick had an outstanding season and his performances never wavered from the first game to the last,” said Coach Ron Fuller.
“He regularly fought above his weight and in my experience in this competition he is as good a player as I have coached in regard to consistency. He is a truly deserving winner of our club championship.”
In other awards presented on the night Nick Murphy’s break out year was rewarded with the Club’s League Most Improved Award. Dr Jim Harley/Frank Brown Memorial Trophy for Best Club Man went to Jacob Crate and defender Sam Richman received the David Kantilla Memorial Trophy for Best 1st Year player.
Retiring Captain Ben Warren’s contribution to the Club as a person and player was acknowledged with a presentation of his framed jumper.
Tom Caudle was awarded the JL Brown Trophy for Reserves Best & Fairest, while Patrick Taggart was a clear winner in the U18 Best & Fairest.
Encouragingly for the Panthers all of the 2010 Knuckey Cup Top 10 are signed for 2011, with pre-season set to commence on October 18.

Despite the result this season, I do think that South did very well in terms of recruiting junior players - which was said was one of Ron Fullers strong points as a Coach before he was given the coaching position. Will be interesting to see who the club recruits for season 2011, if we get a similar result to this season we will be well on the way towards making the move forward up the ladder.
