Not good enough really. Should've been pushing 15,000.

Congratulations Tim Weatherald :D He was clearly the difference ;)

This was the best result for the competition today = Given recent history, I reakon the Legs have more of a chance beating Centrals than the Bays do...

Plus, going on the way the Eags played today, the annual finals choker chain has been well and truly fitted to the necks of the Tigers...and ever so slightly tightened...

Glenelg had more disposals (306-276), long kicks (50-38), marks (75-61), hard ball gets (44-28), shepherds (15-5), handball receives (103-76) and hit outs (77-35).

Norwood had more tackles (75-46), inside 50s (48-36), spoils (18-11) and clearances (41-32).

Statistically Glenelg won almost everything, but Norwood's pressure when they didn't have the ball was superb.

unfortunately those stats can be misleading

but how about the glenelg stats up until the last 1/4 when we had more handballs then kicks and then when we actually decided to kick it and kick it long we actually looked half reasonable

norwood were outstanding in every aspect of football today, they worked that well that there seemed to be about 25 norwood players out there, i was wrong i didn't think any sanfl team could play that flooding zone for an entire game & not have it break down on them, i thought the bays had 2 'winners' on the day in ty allan & ben kane......with duigan loose in defence why oh why didn't our loose player rudolph go forward to make him accountable is beyond me....to young shenton pointing to opposition supporters after kicking a goal isn't really a smart thing to do but being young i'm sure you'll learn from that & glenelg had 3 highlights today byron murphys mark, ty allans chase & the final siren....well done to norwood who were simply way too good for us

And the lowest qualifying final score EVER
