We were diabolical, didn't run didn't chase we did sweet **** all, an absolute disgrace.
Some of the worst umpiring I've ever seen in a final, what a joke.

By the sounds of it we were getting killed in the middle once Giles went down and had no answer. Deserved finish after a disappointing minor round. Cant just put it together at the end of the year and hope for the best.

amazes me how much the umpires get the blame for being second to the ball, turning it over and not wanting it more than your opposition

Sturt had an absolute SHOCKER with which to sum up our season 2010.
Up one week down the next, a just reflection of our year to be unceremoniously barreled out by the team that we completely outclassed last week.
Eagles obviously too good today.

ABC showed a quick shot of the Sturt cheersquad during their telecast and it showed 2 or 3 coppers standing right next to them. Anything to report???
Or were they protecting the cheersquad from rogue Eagles supporters???

I heard that the two or three coppers were just standing around minding their own business and the Sturt Cheer Squad went right up and sat next to them.

Well considering that I wasn't at the game, the only report I have is that there's some brain dead idiots in amongst them, but that's not news these days.

Too easy Eagles. Congrats! No-one to blame but ourselves. Absolutely crap today. No chase, no mongrel, flat as pancakes. The old Elim final hoodoo has us sewn up once again. 1 out of 8 if IIRC. How about showing a heart muscle Blues FFS.
