LifeFM - On Air Comments, Finals Week One

Hi everyone,

Once again safooty.net and 107.9 Life FM are teaming up to offer some listener interactivity during the SANFL finals series.

This thread is for people to join us LIVE ON AIR with their thoughts, opinions, questions and comments. Basically we want you to be a part of the broadcast.

The best contributor for the day will receive a safooty.net supporters pack which includes a 2010 SANFL Season Guide plus a piece of safooty.net memoribilia.

Life FM ( http://www.life.on.net) will commence coverage this Sunday from 12 noon (SA Time). John Nankivell will host the broadcast calling with Phil Herden who will keep track of these posts and the live statistics. Tate Kaesler (Elimination) and Daniel Schell (Qualifying) will provide the special comments joined by two boundary riders Phil Aspinall (Eagles / Glenelg) and Don Cooper (Sturt / Norwood ) who will be focussing on whats happening with their assigned teams from a ground level perspective.

We hope you join us on the day, would love your contribution to what promises to be an exciting SANFL finals series ...

Hi everyone

Just under 40 mins to we go on air ( 107.9 FM or http://www.life.on.net)

Glorious day in Adelaide, temp 17.9 degrees, max of 19 forecast with no rain on the radar.

Slight breeze blowing to the Southern End

10mins gone final quarter in the U18 Qual Final
Port who have led all day trying to hold off a West fightback
Port 10.13.73 leading West 8.16.64

Make that West 9.16.70 ... a 3 point game.

Sitting here at West Beach working hard on school reports so that I can make it to the Second Semi next weekend. Hi to JAS in Scotland, Jimmy in New York and all of the other overseas listeners.

Any idea where and whenthe minor grade finals will be held next weekend?
I am particularly interested in the Reserves First Semi.

Should the Bays dothe impossible and get up against the rampant unbackable favourite redlegs, I guarantee there will be a fair bit of Friendly Love (tm) flowing from the Snouts' pocket....
