The SANFL wishes to advise that James Moore has accepted the new position of Aboriginal Employment & Participation Manager within the League’s Game Development department.

James joins the SANFL from the North Adelaide Football Club where as Football Manager, he worked closely with young Aboriginal players and developed Aboriginal mentor and support components with the North Adelaide Football School and with indigenous organisations in Port Augusta.

A key part of the role involves engaging government and corporate organisations to develop ongoing partnerships to assist with both funding and employment opportunities for young Aboriginal people.

This position has been made available through funding provided by the AFL and Department of Education, Employment & Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

James will start his new role in mid September.

There are a few North Adelaide supporters who I suspect will not be too dissapointed James is leaving the Roosters...

Good luck to him in the new position, it sounds like he fits the new role well...

Its taken him a while but he finally took the hint and went

- Now only one more to go from the heirachy [and his wife with her highly paid position] :oops:
