Ladders after Rd 20

LEAGUE
- The sixth week in a row position's 1-4 has remained exactly the same
- West fall outside the five after sitting in it for 13 weeks
- Sturt has jumped into the five for the first time since Rd 6, after spending round's 9-13 in seventh and 14-now in sixth

RESERVES
- CENTRAL DISTRICT! For 19 rounds of the season, they had never been higher than seventh, including 13 rounds in eighth and two in last. The Dogs are on a seven-game winning streak and the latest win came at the expense of second-placed and serious premiership threat Port Adelaide. Even more remarkable at half time they'd only kicked 0.1, but went on to score 9.0 to 4.3 to sneak home by seven points.
- Port's loss has almost certainly given Sturt the week off in the first week of finals, who beat West in a scrap 5.9.39 to 3.3.21 today. Both sides failed to score a goal in the final term at Richmond.
- North is mathematically still a chance of finals, even in eighth, with a solid win over bottom-placed South.
- Woodville/West Torrens were big winners over Glenelg today to push the Bays out of the five after momentarily slipping into it for two weeks

UNDER 18s
- Sturt sent an ominous warning to Port and Glenelg after cosigning West to the lowest score in the competition this year (1.4.10) in their massive 10-goal win.
- Top-placed Port dealt with almost-bottom-placed Centrals by over 10 goals, after an early scare by the Dogs.
- Glenelg kept its hopes of a top-spot finish alive with a commanding 44-point win over the Eagles, with the help of a phantom behind as well
- North v South is in progress, scores unknown

Nice work Scott.

I like the look of the reserves table - Centrals may even get the double chance!

What score do you have for the U18s Glenelg v Eagles match as Champion Data and both timekeepers have Glenelg scoring 14.14.98 and the umpires had 14.15.99

The 'Dogs will be tested over the next 3 rounds, Eagles at Woodville, Sturt at Unley & Glenelg at home....don't anyone else whine about THEIR run home please!!

Although a difficult run home, Centurion, it would be perfect preparation for the finals in both League and Reserves (if we make it in the Ressies).

Ambitious perhaps, but any chance of adding a "Still to play" column that could list who each side still plays this season. Would make the predictions of who finishes where more possible??

The score I put in the ladder was 14.15.99 as that was the umpires' scores. My understanding is the end result was adjusted by the sanfl to 14.14.98; which if true, what about all the other occasions over the years (and there's been a few I'm told). I'll keep the ladder with a score of 14.15.99 until it can be confirmed it was changed by the league.

That's understandable. The umpires were being talked to as per the score as I handed the timekeepers cards in and I was asked the score for Glenelg that the Timekeepers had. I was yelling in the Timekeepers box, every time Glenelg scored a point in the last qtr I said 'don't change the score' or 'It's 13.12 not 13.13' There have been a few games that I have done where there has been a point difference between the timekeepers and the umpires and nothing done. One time the Timekeepers had the same score as the scoreboard at the end of the game, then then the umpires went over and took a point off one of the scores.
