Great to see that ABC Radio is covering two more SANFL minor round matches (after covering Anzac Day this year?) during the AFL split round.

RPH covered Centralv Sturt on Anzac Day (plus Norwood v Port Sun Night) ... but yes that can help get two more games broadcast.

14 rounds in and of the 56 games scheduled, 53 have been broadcast on either TV or radio or both.

As a Central supporter who can't get to matches on Saturday due to my own football commitment, I am very happy about the amount of games Central are suddenly getting on ABC TV. Four out of six matches up to round 16. We had not had a Saturday broadcast until the South match (round before last) so going from a famine to a feast!
Cheers

Norwood gets 1 TV game from Rd 1-16 thus far - it's next week vs Port. Should rate well though as according to my AFL program, the AFL split round has NO game scheduled for Saturday afternoon, so it will be the only footy game on TV.

They wouldnt want to televise the Nwd v West game to give the legs 2 in a row. Cant have that. :?

It is a little hard to televise a live game for a team that hasn't been playing on Saturday afternoons. To date, Norwood have had one match at 2.10pm on a Saturday afternoon (round eight). All other matches to that point have either been at night (whether that be Thursday or Friday), twilight (round one v Glenelg, 4.30pm) or on Sundays.

From the SANFL this morning ...

Please note there has been a change to the Round 14 broadcast allocation.

RPH Adelaide will now be broadcasting the North v Eagles game this coming weekend.

The Sturt v South match will not have an official broadcast partner
.

What's the story behind that Phil?

Cant blame radio stations for queuing up to call North games. 8)

Don't know, wrong station.

Trying to get the LifeFM Duo-Cast moved to Unley but might be too late for Telstra to upgrade the line.

Would someone be willing to email me the .pls file for RPH online listening?

The RPH site link isn't working, yet again.

(It would also be good if someone can confirm the media player classic can play .pls files)

PM me if you can help

Cheers,

Purch
