Congratulations to all Norwood supporters. The good news for Central supporters is that the last time we lost to Norwood by less than a goal we did not lose another game that season. Here's hoping... *grins*

Well done Legs, especially without Trotter and to a lesser extent, Bown. Now in 2nd spot
Next challenge is how they will deal with expectation of now being favourites going in to games.

Five points or 50, a win is a win and this has been an excellent resurgence by Norwood and has sparked an enormous amount of interest in this season.

I should be posting for all the right reasons
Most of all I anticpated a great game, that it was
But I was disgusted beyond comprehension today
I will need to regain some composure and not post that disgust, yet

I will announce my post conference shortly at 6:00 pertaining to that disgust

Is there something in the fact that both our losses this year have been on Sundays?
Thank God we only have one more Sunday match in the minor round.

Sensational game of footy, brilliant stuff.

Norwood, proud of you again today. :D Fantastic stuff, everyone putting in once again.

That last goal- Phillips run and bounces to Davis brought goosebumps, amazing!

well what a marvellous advertisement for our great competition, it was a classic contest that both sides could have won, central held the ascendancy for most of the day but norwood would not buckle & their onslaught in the last term although devastating they could've blown it with those 5 points in a row, however they didn't & stood up to centrals challenge late in the game holding onto the lead, i thought the tenacity, tackling, run etc etc were great by both teams & a pity one team had to lose, the lowlight of the day was some of the crowd booing the central players as they left the ground, i thought it lacked some respect given the contest everyone had just witnessed, nathan bassett has become nathan assett as he has turned the same team from 'also rans' into a very formidable force in side half a season whereas the previous coaches bar for 1 year couldn't

NORWOOD ARE THE REAL DEAL
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

One of the most enthralling games Ive seen
SPOILT
Both sides came off the arenaat games end
The CD players who gave it all and lost left the field at the players race
The crowd was BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOing them
Why ?
Why BOO a team that provided those spectators with an unforgettable display
I will assume it wuz a very large crowd of NW barrackers who BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOed

Pathetic, I was ashamed and embarrased to be a NW barracker

To those, including myself, who clapped the gallant Dogs players off well done
The BOOOOOOers #$%^$%^&^$#$% ...

Sure the lads can cope, it happens occassionally ;) Difficult for the crowd not to get involved in that massive celebration :)

It was a great game today by 2 very even teams. For years these 2 teams have given us some of the greatest games you will see.
Imagine how good that game would be if it was a grand final (only the result different ;) )
Well done to the dogs and legs for a great game.
