i believe young glenelg ruckman sam sverdloff who resisted offers in the off season to venture to alberton has quit glenelg & is likely to play for gaza in the amatuers.....i presume the fact that he is/was the fourth in line ruckman & the bigger pay packet has swayed this decision to quit mid season

He was behind Cranston, Sellar (when available for us), Button, McGinty and young Bennett has been playing as much if not more than him in ruck he realised his chances of playing League were very slim he headed were there is less training and more money. Can't blame the bloke will weaken our Reserves but not going to affect our best 21 at the Club.

Well after the budget topic bayman posted this week are you suprised about the quality of his posts and what he is trying to achieve? The word "desperate" comes to mind whilst he is trying hard to get his name up in lights.

Perhaps announcements that players who noones ever heard of retiring be best left to club forums in the future, reserves players come and go on a daily basis.

If starting a post on this site is considered ''up in lights'' it's time to introduce Mr rope to Mr shed rafter.
