Norwood have signed Jak Kennedy-Hunt from South Adelaide and I was hoping some Panthers fans could reveal some news on the lad? I can't recall seeing him.

Played a handful of games.....

....alot of injuries caused him to miss out on selection in the seniors. (seemed to be injured all the time)

Might be handy for the Legs up in the forward pocket if fit :?

I nick named him on air last year the "flying flogger". His mop of air when taking a mark looked like one of those cheer squad streamer contraptions behind the goals (known in the trade as floggers.)

A good pickup for the club, if fully fit. Has a very good vertical leap and fairly clean with the skills when the ball hits the ground. Deceptive in size, in that he plays taller than his size.

Yes we did actually, and another one coming up this Friday. I haven't gone anywhere, I just don't post for the sake of posting!

That's interesting he has signed with the Redlegs, a pretty good pick up I reckon...

Will be interesting to see if he can break into the Legs league side, they are obviously playing some pretty good footy at the moment...

I reckon in a Norwood jumper he will look very much like Simon Phillips, both are similar in stature and having the long flowing blonde locks !!

I actually saw him sitting on the old Footy Park seating along the boundary line fence in the players race pocket at the Parade last Friday night, sitting their by himself watching the game.

I just thought he might be mates with one of the players from either Sturt or Norwood, but obviously he was checking out his new club !!

I think his house mate plays for Sturt I could be wrong though. Must have put the ink on the paper that night too...

I think it was last year at the Ponderosa that he bagged a few goals and looked quite lively up forward. Certainly caught my eye that day as a handy type.

Yes, I think I am thinking of the same game as you Hazydog, I reckon he kicked 3 or 4 last quarter goals after the Dogs were about 80 odd points up at time and the game was pretty much beyond doubt.

I reckon he might go alright at Norwood, will start in the reserves as reported, and might find himself in the league side in a couple of weeks.

Well I guess its wait and see. Is there much to lose? He wouldnt be on a packet and how many times do you see a player move clubs and perform?

I never thought Bratton and Vassal would play regular league games at Sturt when they went across.
