Norwood - 8.3 = 51

Sturt - 3.3 = 21

The the 6 th placed Norwood reserves are looking very good against the top of the table Sturt side...

Jesse Aish, in his first game of footy for a while after a leg injury, has looked very good kicking 3 goals so far, including a speccie goal in the opening term...

Sturt just got one back through Angus Kurtze...

24 minute mark 2nd term:

Norwood - 8.3 = 51

Sturt - 4.3 = 27

Matthew Fuller just reported for the Legs after hitting Charlie Sharples...

Sturt getting back in the game, Sharples kicks a goal for the Double Blues...

26 minute mark of 2nd term:

Norwood - 8.3 = 51

Sturt - 5.3 = 33

Both sides lining up as selected in today's Advertiser Footy Liftout...

Half Time in the reserves:

Norwood - 8.3 = 51

Sturt - 5.3 = 33


Bit of feeling in the game with a bit of push and shove as both sides leave the ground

I though "speccie" was an abbreviation of - spectacular ?

It was a spectacular goal, one of those dribble goals, from deep in the pocket, that starts out in one direction then turns back in through the goals.

It was a spectacular goal, one of those dribble goals, from deep in the pocket, that starts out in one direction then turns back in through the goals.

I was told a 'speccie' was an exceptionally high mark....have I been imagining the wrong thing whenever I read/hear that then.
