well i've seen (so far this weekend) 3 sanfl games & last nights afl match on this weekend & our supporters are better by one as in all 3 games not 1 di#*he&d yelled out during the anzac day/weekend observance of the 1 minute silence, yet at the afl game some drongo yelled out 'go the power' during this minute, it to me shows a lack of respect for the reason they have this day, it also disrespects his country & his team etc
i hope you feel proud of yourself you drongo

There's always some moron that does that at AFL games. I've heard it on the telly at each one so far this weekend.
ALSO, when the compare tells you to remove your hat it's not because he wants to see your hair-do, it's out of respect, you shouldn't even need to be told, it should be automatic.

There were a couple of ferals at Elizabeth yesterday (go figure) who sat and smoked and talked during the minute's silence. The woman was wearing a hoodie (what else) with a manga-style map and the words 'JAPAN' in big letters on the back. I dunno, struck me as pretty ignorant more than anything else.
Almost the entire rest of the crowd was respectful in the extreme - great to see

Yeah we had a few teenagers walking around the ground at Prospect during the minutes silence chatting away not aware of any of the happenings.
If they were my kids they'd get a clip behind the ear.
It was amazing to be at the MCG with over 90,000 others a couple of years ago when not one person moved or spoke, it was amazing.

I think clowns like this should actually be thrown out of the game and told not to bother coming back. Its there freedom of speech to act like a moron and it should equally be the rest of the publics freedom to not have to listen to it in a sports venue. Go sit out in the street and scream all you like.

You'd think the Port Power mob would have learned from the last time that happened.

Yes you can. There's plenty of reasons why you can be ejected from a venue and all relate to aforesaid stupidity.

Sadly you are right that they would not throw someone out for acting like a clown and disrespecting everyone at the ground, yet my point is that they should, it should be viewed as a privilege as opposed to a right to participate as a Spectator at Football Park.

maybe he was one of them

He was pretty quiet though, you could see the lips moving but couldn't hear him, maybe it was involuntary actions like his old man

I'll take the blame for that then since I told him he could'nt stay home in the basement & play Picacu the devil worshiper on his computer all day. I shall however heed the above advice & beat the living shit out of him upon awakening. Damn insubordinate 11yo's.
