Given Rucci's latest revelations, it should be perfectly safe for North supporters to go this week, but I wouldn't be so sure about when the Bays have to venture down there.

:D maybe it should be safe but i don't think that's the way most Port supporters would see it, i don't think Rucci's article comes close to how much North got dumped in it when the decision was being made, not saying it is correct or not, just saying...

South play North the following week - where's the option for South supporters to say they will be going to watch?

Why? Are they going to put a big screen up and replay grand finals from years gone by?

I am pleased to say that there was plenty of support for North at the game today and that there didn't seem to be any ill feeling between the two clubs supporters today. Most Port supporters do now seem to be convinced that it was the Bays and not North who led the charge to have their merger bid thrown out.

Both sets of supporters were more frustrated by the standard of play than by any off field happenings.

Yep, usual sea of red in the outer, we didn't have one Port supporter near us although there was Port fan I noticed on the way to the loo who was bald on top and had dreadlocks, that was a sight!
We reckon he should have a dreadlock combover!
