Can Norwood win at night during Easter or can South continue from it's good showing in round 1?

I don't know, I'm going on Norwoods poor form overall in the last few seasons.

Is there such a thing as season defining games for both teams in Round 2.

Great initiative by the Redlegs to involve local youngsters and other sporting clubs within their community...

SANFL wrote:
REDLEGS GIVE 100 AND TEN PER CENT TO YOUTH

Norwood Football Club will launch its new 100 and TEN youth program to combat adolescent crime at half-time of its blockbuster Easter Thursday clash against South under lights at Coopers Stadium.

As part of the launch, netball will be played as a half-time activity, alongside football, for the first time at SANFL level.

Nine local clubs – Athelstone, Hectorville, Payneham Norwood Union, Tea Tree Gully, Golden Grove, Hope Valley, Modbury, Birdwood and Lobethal – will be involved in a ‘kick and catch’ session, while Newton Jaguars Netball Club will conduct a ‘catch and catch’ session.

Norwood CEO Dominic Shepley said the club was committed to providing opportunities to youth in its zone through sport.

“Under the 100 and TEN program, we’re telling kids that if they get involved 100 per cent with projects that help their club and community, the club will give them 100 and TEN per cent back,” he said.

“The project is aimed at kids aged 12 to 13 years and our coach Nathan Bassett and entire playing squad are committed to encouraging team values as a way of reducing behavioural issues and youth-related crime in our area.”

The 100 and TEN program is supported by the State Government through its ‘be active’ initiative and Foodland Supermarkets.

For more information of 100 and TEN, go to http://www.100ten.com.au

Norwood hosts South Adelaide at Coopers Stadium under lights this Thursday night (April 1) at 7.40pm.

If Rodan plays, Panthers by 2 goals,
IF Rodan doesn't play, South by 8 goals.
Warren will kick at least 6 whilst Perrey will carve up Norwoods defence.

Really enjoyed hearing 'Who wears short shorts' Bassett last night on 5AA saying that the players were a long way behind in terms of their football education....

Cornes asked whether he noticed these short falls when he was working with the academy.

Short Shorts said yes

Cornes asked him whether he said anything to Big Trev

Bass said not his place....

Not convinced he was the right man for the job....actually am now....if he gives us 3-4 years...

Just need him to put on some pants now
