Players from the Central District Football Club and Northern Districts Cricket Club are set to clash from 4:00pm on Sunday 14th March in a Twenty20 Cricket Game at Salisbury Oval.
Following the success of last year's game, the two teams will again clash for bragging rights in the Northern Sporting Club battle!
Teams are yet to be finalised, but the Central District Football Club team is expected to include 2009 Premiership players Paul Thomas, Ian Callinan, Brayden O'Hara and last year's surprise packet (with 4 wickets) Trent Goodrem. The Northern Districts team, fresh from their victory over Adelaide in the XXXX Gold Twenty20 Cup Grand Final last month, is expected to include Redbacks Mark Cosgrove and Chris Duval.
Entry to the game is free with full catering facilities available. Funds raised from catering will support Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus SA (http://www.spinabifida.asn.au/).
